Spicy potatoes

4 potatoes, boiled and cut in cubes
2 tbs oil
1 tbs or to taste chat masala
1/4 cup or to taste tamarind pulp water
Papri as required
Coriander leaves for garnish
salt to taste

- Lightly fry the potatoes in oil. 
- Add salt, chat masala and tamarind water and mix well. 
- Place in a dish and garnish with papri and coriander leaves.
