Ingredients
5-6 bread slices
1 tsp ginger paste
1 large onion chopped into small pieces
2 tbsps coriander leaves, finely chopped
3 large eggs
1 green chilli
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Method
In a bowl mash the bread slices using a little milk. Add the beaten eggs and ginger paste. The dough should be thick enough to be rolled into little balls and deep-fried. Now add onions, coriander, green chilli and salt. Mix well. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Make little dumps with the dough and fry them till golden brown. Serve hot.
