Mince Potato Kabab

Ingredients
    * 250 gm mince mutton (Lamb or Goat)
    * 1 boiled potato, mashed
    * 1 onion, finely chopped
    * 1 egg, finely chopped
    * 6 green chilies, ground
    * 1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
    * 1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped
    * 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    * 1 tsp coriander seeds, crushed
    * 1 tsp cumin seeds, crushed
    * 1/2 tsp red chili powder
    * 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    * salt to taste
    * Oil for frying

Method
    * Place mutton mince in a bowl.
    * Add ginger garlic paste, onion, red chili powder, egg, green chilies, mashed potato, turmeric powder, coriander , cumin, salt, coriander and mint leaves.
    * Mix well.
    * Shape into round kababs.
    * Shallow fry on each side for 2 minutes or until light golden.
    * Drain on absorbent paper.
    * Mince Potato Kabab is ready now.
    * Serve hot with Pepper Sauce.
