How to prevent curry stains on your plastic containers

Tomato-based curries or curries containing spices like turmeric can badly stain plastic containers. This is quite disheartening if you have invested in good (and often expensive) plastic containers for your kitchen. Avoid this problem by pre-spraying your containers with nonstick cooking spray before you store curries in them. No more yellow containers!
