Ingredients
1/4 kg Beef (cut in small pieces)
1 medium Onion (chopped)
2 Eggs
¼ cup of Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) (cubed in small pieces)
2 cloves of Garlic (Lehsan)
½ cup of Beans (boiled)
1 tsp. of Pasta (any of your choice)
½ cup of Bread Crumbs
½ cup of Cheese (any of your choice)
½ tsp. of Oregano/Basil
½ tsp. of Paprika
¼ cup of Salsa
Sauce
½ cup of Mushrooms
2 tbsp. All Purpose Flour (Maida)
½ tsp. of Black Pepper (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (fresh ground)
¼ tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Butter
½ cup of Chicken Stock
Method
Mix all of the sauce ingredients well together in a large bowl to prepare sauce.
Boil pasta in a small sauce pan until tender and drain then set aside.
In a large skillet or pan heat the oil or butter until well hot. Add until an garlic and saute until onion is transparent. Add meat and stir fry for about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, oregano, capsicum, beans, salsa, paprika, and the prepared sauce mix. Cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in the pasta.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Add mixture to a baking dish, mix in bread crumbs, egg, cheese, and parsley and bake in oven for 30 minutes on 180 degrees. Let stand on rack to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
