Aaloo Ka Bhurta - Potato Bhurta


Ingredients
Potato 1/2 kg 
Onion 3 medium(cut it in thin pieces) 
Yogurt 1/4 kg 
Salt according to taste 
Red chilli powder 3 tb.sp. 
Fresh coriander 1 bunch 
Cooking oil 2 cups


Method
Boil the potatos & mash them. 
In a bowl mix salt & red chilli powder in yugurt & beat them. 
Fry the onion in Cooking pot. 
When it became golden brown pour the yugurt & stir it. 
Add mashed potatos & mix it. 
Then add fresh criander leaves & mix them. 
Serve hot with chapatis or naan.
