FRUIT PIZZA


Ingredients
12 inch pizza pan
18 or 20 oz. roll sugar cookie dough
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Assorted fruit (kiwi, strawberries, bananas)
8 oz. peach preserves
2 tbsp. water


Method
Slice and press cookies in 12 inch pizza pan. Seal edges. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread on cooled cookie. Place assorted fruit on cream cheese. Make glaze with preserves and water and spread over fruit. Chill before cutting.
