Egyptian meat balls


Ingredients
    1kg beef or mutton
    2 medium onions
    Half cup milk
    1 slice soft bread
    Salt & pepper to taste


Method
    Mince beef or mutton and onions (till smooth consistency).
    Soak bread in milk and add to meat together with the seasoning.
    Mix well and shape into round balls.
    Grill or fry on skewers or in a double grill until cooked.
    Served with your favorite dip and Chapati.
