Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2-1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup fresh cream
1-1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 eggs
4 square unsweetened chocolate, melted
1-1/3 cup milk
Method
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda into a large bowl. Add fresh cream, one cup milk and vanilla essence. Beat for two minutes with electric mixer. Add remaining milk, eggs and melted chocolate. Beat for another two minutes as before. Pour into greased layer pan. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes or until cake the knife comes out clean. Frost with chocolate frosting.
