Ingredients
12 tbsp butter
16 tbsp sugar
1 egg
16tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
Salt to taste
A few drops of vanilla essence
4 tbsp chopped nuts
2 desert spoon cocoa powder
4 tbsp desiccated coconut
Method
Mix all the ingredients into firm dough. Make small flat balls and place on a greased baking tray. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
