Your favorite fish fillets marinated in lime juice and then deep fried with gram flour coating.
Ingredients
Skinless white fish
2 Lemon 1 tsp White Pepper
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp (powder or paste) Mustard seeds
3 tbsp Gram Flour
1/2 cup Cooking Oil
Salt to taste
Method
Add lemon juice to the fish fillet.
Add salt, pepper, mustard powder and red chili powder and marinate for 30 minutes Add besan to the marinated fillet and cover both sides of each fillet well.
Heat oil to hot and deep fry.
Serve with mayonnaise and salad.
