Indian Chicken Manchurian

Ingredients
     1 kg chicken bone less (cut into small pieces)
     1 onion cut into square shapes
     2 tomato cut into square shapes
     5 dry red chilies
     1 tbsp coriander powder
     1 tbsp red chili powder
     2 tbsp corn flour
     5 green chilies cut into square shapes
     1/2 tsp black pepper powder
     3 tbsp soy sauce
     1 tbsp ginger thinly sliced
     1 tsp garlic paste
     Chinese salt to taste
     1/2 cup olive oil

Method
Wash chicken pieces, In a large bowl add chicken pieces, red chili powder, black pepper, garlic paste, salt, coriander powder, and mix well. Add corn flour and mix well with enough water. Keep the mixture on the freezer for 30 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a sauce pan, add onions and thinly sliced garlic, saute 5 minutes in a low heat.

Add chicken pieces mixture, soy sauce, tomato and cook until chicken pieces is completely tender.

Now add chopped dry red chilies, green chilies and cook 3 minutes until gravy is thick. Keep on a low flame and cook for 2 minutes.
Manchurian is ready to eat, Pour Chicken Manchurian in serving plate.Serve pipping hot with steamed rice or chapati.
