Ingredients
1 teacup fresh yoghurt
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon honey
3 to 4 ice-cubes
Method
1. Combine the yoghurt, banana, sugar, honey and ice-cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into 2 glasses and serve cold.
Handy tip(s)
1.Ideal for athletes as it is rich in potassium as well as calcium.
2.Potassium prevents muscle cramps while calcium strengthens the bones.
