Ingredients
Milk – 1 cup
Water – 1 1/2 cup
Tea – 1 tsp
Ginger fresh – 1 tbsp
Sugar – to taste
Green cardamoms – 2
Cloves – 2
Cinnamon stick – 1
Method
Take a pan, add water, ginger, clove, cinnamon, green cardamom, cook and bring to boil for 1 minute, then add milk and cook for 1 minute. Now add tea and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour in cups, add sugar and serve hot.
Masala is optional, if you like to make simple ginger tea, then don’t use clove, use cinnamon stick.
