Ingredients
6 cups milk
20 almonds
4 carrot
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp grain rice
1 cup condensed milk
1 tbsp chopped coconut
2 tsp chopped pistachio
Method
Soak almonds in hot water. Peel and grind to a smooth paste.
Shred the carrots and set aside.In a deep boil milk add rice and carrots.Stir for around 5 minutes.
Now add condensed milk, chopped coconut and almonds paste.
Simmer on low heat till the carrots are soft and milk has thickened to the consistency you like.
Garnish with chopped pistachio. Chill in the refrigerator before serving. Best served cold.
