Deli Seafood Sandwich

Ingredients

    8 ounces of Crab (Chunks or Flakes)
    1/3 cup Mayonnaise
    1 cup Celery (sliced)
    2 tbsp. Onions (finely chopped)
    6 round Sandwich Buns (uncut)

Method

    Shred the crab. Combine with mayonnaise , celery and onion. Cut top 1/3 off bun. Hollow out bun to form shell. Fill with 1/3 cup mixture. Replace top.
