Ingredients
¾ cup of Mayonnaise
2 tsp. of Curry Powder
1 (10 ounce size) prebaked Italian Bread Shell Crust or a Homemade Pizza Dough
2 (6 ounce size) cans of Lump Crab Meat (drained)
¾ cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
¾ cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Method
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and curry. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with crab and cheeses. Place on a pizza pan or baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
