CHOCOLATE FROSTING


Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
3 square unsweetened chocolate
1/4 tsp salt
3 cup icing sugar
5 tbs fresh cream
1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla essence


Method

Heat butter and chocolate over hot water until melted; add salt, sugar and cream, beating until smooth. Stir in egg white and essence and beat until cool and thick enough to spread.
