Ingredients
Half Salmon Fish (cut in 5 pieces)
3 tbsp. of Mustard Sauce
¼ cup of Vinegar (Sirka)
Salt (to taste)
Black Peppers (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (to taste)
½ cup Fresh Cream
1 tbsp. Garlic Paste (Pisa Lehsan)
Method
Brush salmon pieces with garlic paste, salt, and black peppers.
Mix vinegar with the rest of the ingredients and mix well with Salmon fish and put the pieces of salmon in an oven dish and cover with foil.
Let salmon bake in preheated oven on mark 6 for half an hour. Then take it out and remove foil and again put in oven and now grill for another 10 minutes. When salmon turns brown remove from oven.
