Fried Chicken Wings

Fried chicken wings are very popular all over the world. there are many varieties of chicken wings like grilled chicken wings, baked chicken wings, corn flakes chicken wings and fried chicken wings. My Fried Chicken Wings recipe is an east to prepare recipe ready to be served with in 10-20 minutes. Before proceeding to the method I would like to repeat the advice that one should take proper safety precautions before Deep frying. Always make sure the deep fryer is on a stable platform so that it won’t tip. Use basket, skimmer, or tongs to add and remove chicken pieces from the hot oil, chicken pieces can slip from forks or spoons and splash hot oil onto clothing and skin.

Ingredients
     1 kg chicken wings
     4 tbsp soy sauce
     2 eggs
     1 tbsp lemon juice
     1 tbsp white vinegar
     1 tsp black pepper powder
     1/2 tsp ginger paste
     1/2 tsp garlic paste
     2 cup bread crumb
     2 cup flour
     1 tbsp green chili paste
     1 tsp white pepper powder
     Salt to taste
     Oil for deep frying

Method
In a large bowl, Add chicken wings, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, black pepper, white pepper powder, lemon juice, soy sauce, vinegar, green chili paste, and mix well. Add eggs and blended well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.

Heat oil in a pan for frying. Deep each wing in the flour and bread crumb mixture. Put the wings one by one in the boiling oil until they get golden brown color on each side.

Now get them out dry from the oil. Move to the serving plate

Delicious fried chicken wings is ready to eat, Serve hot with tomato ketchup and yogurt.
