Ingredients
1 cup cubed pineapples
2 cups fresh yoghurt
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup fresh cream
Salt & pepper to taste
Method
- Put the yoghurt on a piece of cloth and hang it for half an hour to drain out the water.
- Place it in a bowl and beat well.
- Add sugar, salt, pepper, milk and fresh cream. Put in the refrigerator.
- Add the pineapple to the mixture before serving.
