Pistachio muffins


Ingredients
100 g butter
1/2 cup sugar grounded
2 eggs
1/2 cup plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup pistachio chopped +1/4 cup pistachio whole
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla essence


Method
- Sift flour with baking powder. Beat butter with sugar, add eggs and beat well. 
- Mix sifted flour in the butter mixture and fold it with a spoon, add milk, vanilla essence and chopped pistachio. Mix well. 
- Pour the mixture in a greased muffin pan and place whole pistachio on top. Keep it in the pre heated oven on 180*C for 30 to 35 minutes. Delicious muffins will be ready to serve.
