Can be commonly used in chat and dahi bara.
Ingredients
1 cup zeera
1 cup Whole dried red chilies
1 tbs salt
2 tbs dhuniya seeds
1 tsp black salt
10-12 whole black pepper
8-10 cloves
1 bari illaichi (seeds only)
1/4 tsp ajwain
Method
- Roast the spices slightly and grind into a powder after cooling.
- Add salt and black salt.
