Ingredients
2 green onions
1 cucumber (med)
1 green pepper
1 cabbage (med)
2 carrots
2-3 salad leaves
1 radish
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tsp mustard
1 tbsp pepper powder
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Salt to taste
Method
- Mix all the ingredients except vegetables to make a paste. Then grate the cabbage, radish and carrots and cut onion and salad leaves. - Before serving mix in the dressing. Decorate with nuts or breadcrumbs. And if you like you can add apples, oranges, olives and grapes as well.
