Ingredients
1/2 kg kali Ghajar
2 tablespoon rai
1 teaspoon red chili
4 tablespoon salt
45 litre water


Method
- Cut ghajar in slices long or round shape.
- Mix all ingredients (ground rai) in water in a glass jar. 
- Place it for month keep stirring it every morning and evening. - - After month it will be ready for use.
