Special Sheer Khurma

Ingredients
1 kg milk
½ cup sugar, heaped
½ cup vermicelli
¼ cup almonds, blanched, fried and ground
¼ cup pistachios, fried and ground
2 tbsp sunflower seed, fried
½ tsp saffron, crushed
1 tsp cardamom powder, levelled
1 tsp ghee, heaped

Method

Cook milk and sugar in a deep pot and when it gets to boiling point add the vermicelli and cook for five minutes. Add in all the rest of the ingredients and cook for five more minutes. Serve either hot or cold.
