Walnut & Almond Loaf

Ingredients
    150g self Raising Flour
    50g Almond meal (ground almonds)
    85g brown sugar
    1 tsp Spencers Mixed Spice
    55 g chopped walnuts
    1 tablespoon butter, melted
    2 eggs
    ½ cup milk
    A Pinch of salt


Method
- Sift all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Combine butter, eggs and milk. Pour into dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into a well greased loaf tin and bake at 180ÂșC for 45-50 minutes or until inserted skewer comes out clean.
