500 gms boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp white pepper
1 tbsp green chillies, chopped
250 gms ghee
Handful coriander leaves, chopped
1. In a pan heat ghee, add chicken pieces with salt, pepper and chillies and cook till it is well done.
2. In a frying pan, put two tbsp of the korma.
3. In a bowl, break an egg and pour over the korma.
4. Leave it till the egg is cooked.
5. Repeat the process till all the korma is used up. Garnish with coriander leaves.
