Batter Fried Fish

Ingredients
    ½ kilogram of Fish (cut into 3 inch pieces)
    ½ tsp. Salt
    ½ tsp. Black Pepper (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (Freshly ground)
    ½ tsp. of Ajinomoto (Chinese Salt)


Ingredients for Batter
    1 cup of All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
    2 tbsp. of Corn Flour (Makai Ka Aata)
    ½ tsp. Baking Powder
    1 Egg (beaten)
    A pinch of Salt
    6 cups of Cooking Oil (for deep frying)

Method
Marinate the fish pieces with: salt, black peppers, and ajinomoto. And set aside.

Mix all of the ingredients for the batter and make into a smooth paste. (A little water can also be added if needed.) Dip the marinated fish pieces one by one into the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
